Megan Walela, Vice President of Development at Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corp. (WHPC), has been named to the In Business Madison 2026 40 Under 40 class.
The annual awards program celebrates 40 of the most successful, civic-minded young professionals and emerging leaders under the age of 40 in the Greater Madison and Capital region. This year’s milestone 25th anniversary drew a record-breaking pool of nearly 200 nominations.
Honorees were officially celebrated on May 13, 2026, during a reception at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center. The event brought together colleagues, community leaders, and supporters to recognize outstanding professionals spanning diverse industries, including construction, finance, the arts, healthcare, legal services, education, and public service.
